As a licensed Associate Broker for the Saratoga Springs, NY, office of Realty USA, I have consistently been a top-producing realtor in the Albany capital region since 1994, negotiating millions of dollars in real estate sales annually.
I was named a member of the President's Council of Realty USA for my success in selling and listing properties, and I have been awarded a certificate of excellence by the Women's Council of Realtors for real estate achievement.
I am active in the community and participate in many charity events including the recent Alzheimers Memory Walk. I proudly serve on the board for the local Rebuilding Together organization, a group which helps to restore homes for those who are unable or cannot afford to do the work themselves.
I believe it is very important to always stay ahead of the market standards. I am constantly attending classes and seminars about Real Estate and other related fields. I recently completed my GRI designation in November 2004 which has increased my knowledge of 21st century Real Estate standards and practices.
I have also recently been appointed to a three year term on the Greater Capital Association of Realtors Grievance Committee. This committee receives Ethics Complaints and arbitration requests to determine if a hearing is to be warranted by the Professional Standards committee.
With extensive experience in the real estate industry, I have been involved in many types of real estate transactions in the Saratoga Springs area —including residential resale, buyer's representation, new construction sales, relocation services, corporate relocation, and first-time home buyer's assistance.
