Terri has worked with the Kathie Carswell Team for over 5 years, and in that time has created an impeccable office system that keeps us all on track! She maintains all files and keeps track of every listing and transaction, as well as fields calls from customers and clients.

As you work with the Carswell Team in the sale or purchase of your home, you will get to know Terri very well. She will help coordinate many events, and will work with you to gather all needed paperwork. She is always available to help with a question or problem. You will definitely see, even in your very first conversation, what an amazing person Terri is, and why she is indispensable to this team.

Terri has a family background of real estate, and has bought and sold many homes herself, including new construction. She lives in Wilton with her beautiful family in a Degraff Bloom built home.
